Kamstri Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the Kamstri mobile game processes information when you use local play, online matches, the in-game profile and advertising features.

Information processed
Game profile and progress
- An automatically generated anonymous installation profile ID.
- A random authentication credential used to prevent another installation from taking over your anonymous game profile.
- Your nickname, selected avatar and card set.
- Owned cosmetic items, virtual coin balance, games played and wins.
- Pending profile actions needed to synchronize purchases, selections and tutorial progress safely.
Online play
- Board size, match actions, game state and result needed to run an online match.
- IP address and basic connection diagnostics processed to provide and secure the network service.
- Kamstri has no player chat and does not ask for your real name, phone number or precise location.
- When you report a player name, the server stores the reporter and reported anonymous profile IDs, the reported nickname, reason, status and timestamps. Blocking stores both anonymous profile IDs and the block time.
Data stored on your device
- Profile state, sound, music, vibration, preferred color and tutorial/catalog settings.
- Downloaded avatar/card images and the recoverable catalog cache. These caches are excluded from Android cloud backup.
- Kamstri disables Android app-data backup. After reinstallation, eligible players can recover server progress through the Google Play Games Services Recall feature associated with their Play Games profile.
Advertising and consent
Kamstri uses Google Mobile Ads to display occasional interstitial ads and optional rewarded videos, and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request and manage consent where required. Depending on your region, choices and device settings, Google may process and share an IP address (including approximate location derived from it), app interactions, diagnostics, Android advertising ID, app set ID and related device identifiers for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention.
You can reopen applicable consent choices from PRIVACY OPTIONS in the game menu. You can also reset or delete the advertising ID in Android settings. Learn more in the Google Privacy Policy.
Why information is used
- To create and synchronize your game profile and preferences.
- To securely link and restore the same anonymous game profile after reinstallation through Google Play Games Services.
- To provide matchmaking, validate online moves and determine match results.
- To operate the cosmetic catalog, purchases made with virtual coins and downloaded asset packs.
- To restore and apply the optional Google Play ad-removal entitlement.
- To maintain reliability, prevent abuse and diagnose connection failures.
- To review player-name reports, apply moderation decisions and keep blocked players apart.
- To display and measure ads and comply with consent requirements.
Optional ad removal purchase
Kamstri offers an optional one-time, non-consumable purchase that removes forced interstitial advertising. Optional rewarded videos remain available and are shown only after your explicit choice. Payment is processed by Google Play Billing under Google's terms. Kamstri does not receive or store your card number, billing address or other payment-method details. The app receives the purchase entitlement from Google Play and stores a local ad-removal status so the choice remains effective while the device is temporarily offline. Google Play restores the entitlement for the purchasing Google account after reinstallation.
Sharing and service providers
Kamstri does not sell personal information. Information is processed by:
- Google Mobile Ads and UMP for advertising, consent, analytics and fraud prevention.
- Google Play Billing for processing and restoring the optional ad-removal purchase.
- Google Play Games Services for automatic game-profile linking and recovery. Google receives an opaque Recall token and temporary session identifier; Kamstri does not put your nickname or profile contents in that token.
- Oracle Cloud infrastructure used to host the Kamstri backend, catalog and downloaded assets.
- Network and infrastructure providers that transmit encrypted traffic.
Profile and gameplay data is not shared with other players except for the public match profile needed in a match, such as nickname and avatar.
Retention and deletion
Local data remains on the device until app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled. Android app-data backup is disabled. The active server profile is retained while it is needed to provide the game and until deletion is requested. Rotating server backups are kept for up to 14 backup cycles and then deleted automatically.
To request access to or deletion of the server profile, email the privacy contact. We use the anonymous profile ID to identify the correct record. Active records are removed after a valid request; residual copies expire through normal backup rotation. If you continue using online or profile synchronization after deletion, Kamstri will create profile data again to provide those features. Open and resolved safety reports may be retained as long as reasonably needed to investigate abuse, prevent repeat violations and handle appeals.
Security
Kamstri uses HTTPS/WSS encryption in transit, checksum validation for downloaded game assets, restricted server access and integrity-checked rotating database backups. No method of storage or transmission is completely risk-free, but reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used for the scope of the service.
Your choices
- Use Android controls and the UMP form to manage available advertising choices.
- Disable music, sound effects and vibration in game settings.
- Purchase permanent removal of forced ads through Google Play; Google Play manages payment and restoration.
- Manage the Play Games profile and account-linking controls in Google Play Games settings.
- Play local modes without joining an online match; profile catalog synchronization still uses the backend.
- Report an inappropriate player name or block a player from future matches and friend interactions inside the game.
- Contact us about access, correction or deletion of profile information.
Политика конфиденциальности Kamstri

Для online-игры сервер обрабатывает размер поля, ходы, состояние и результат матча, IP-адрес и минимальные сетевые диагностические данные. При блокировке сохраняются ID обоих профилей и время блокировки; после этого игроки исключаются из будущего подбора, приглашений и взаимного списка друзей.
Google Mobile Ads и UMP используются для рекламы и управления согласием. Google может обрабатывать IP-адрес и приблизительное местоположение, действия в приложении, диагностические данные, рекламный идентификатор Android, app set ID и другие идентификаторы устройства для рекламы, аналитики и предотвращения мошенничества.
Локальный профиль и настройки хранятся на устройстве до очистки данных или удаления приложения; Android Backup для данных Kamstri отключён. Для автоматического возврата к серверному профилю после переустановки используется Google Play Games Services Recall. Google получает временный идентификатор сессии и непрозрачный Recall-токен без никнейма и содержимого профиля. Активный серверный профиль хранится, пока нужен для работы игры или пока не получен запрос на удаление. Резервные копии автоматически удаляются после 14 циклов. Жалобы могут храниться столько, сколько обоснованно требуется для проверки нарушений, предотвращения повторных злоупотреблений и рассмотрения обращений. Для доступа к данным или удаления напишите на support@kamstri.com и укажите анонимный ID, показанный выше. Продолжение использования синхронизации после удаления приведёт к повторному созданию данных профиля.
Данные передаются по HTTPS/WSS. Kamstri не продаёт персональные данные. Сервис использует Google для рекламы, согласия, Play Billing и восстановления профиля через Play Games Services, а Oracle Cloud для размещения backend, каталога и ассетов. По вопросам конфиденциальности: support@kamstri.com.
Отключение принудительной межстраничной рекламы является необязательной одноразовой покупкой через Google Play Billing. Добровольное видео за игровую награду остаётся доступным и запускается только после явного выбора игрока. Kamstri не получает и не хранит номер карты, платёжный адрес или данные способа оплаты. Приложение получает от Google Play только состояние права на отключение рекламы и сохраняет его локально для работы без сети; после переустановки покупка восстанавливается Google Play для Google-аккаунта, с которого она была совершена.
